Individual Coaching  Coaching duos and teams

We get to know each other and quickly get to the heart of your question. You find a new track based on my questions. Sometimes one conversation is enough, often three to five conversations are needed to reach the goal. We always tune in together to see how things are going. I am open to your feedback.

For example, individual coaching can be about:

  • Finding a new perspective or achieving a goal (such as finding a new job or completing your studies)
  • Dealing with stress
  • Coping with a loss or a difficult situation
  • Enhancing job satisfaction and energy balance
  • Preparing for a difficult conversation
  • Taking an important decision

Together, we find the best way to work on this. We do this from the here-and-now. There is no need to look deep into 'the past'. We look ahead.
