Trained as a psychologist, I developed myself along two lines; as a coach/therapist and as a manager. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to perform many functions and roles. I worked in the world of higher education and education management. And I guided people from my positions as a psychologist, coach and trainer, manager and supervisor.

From my experience as a manager, I can empathise well with the employee and his/her supervisor, and can mediate when necessary.

Cooperation and growth do not come naturally. I look for the 'right chord' to bring about change. Individuals and teams then come into a new energy.

Colleagues give me as feedback that I am appreciated for my genuine interest and ability to make complex issues negotiable. The people I have had the pleasure of coaching say that I help them find their own way from a new perspective. My approach is pragmatic and creative, making sessions enjoyable and effective.
